We run a range of structured classes designed to improve your health, fitness and wellbeing.

TEAM

60 MINUTES

This is our main conditioning class where we will use bars, kettle bells and dumbbells along with cardio equipment to increase work capacity while working at high intensity. The sessions normally consist of a strength component and a conditioning component.

MOVEMENT

60 MINUTES

This class is perfect for those who are new or for our members who are in need of a gentle return to exercise. All abilities and experience welcome, this class is as hard as you want to make it.

SKILLS

30 MINUTES

Want to learn Muscle-Ups, Double-Unders or Handstands, but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you want to practise the skills you already have? These coached sessions give you the time to practise these skills that may also feature in the daily “Team” workouts.

BURNER

30 MINUTES

If you’re short on time but still want to get a workout done, then this is for you. Come ready to sweat!

Open Gym

If you don’t have time for a class or want to work on something specific, then feel free to use the space and equipment (please note that all classes take priority over space and gear if needed, so please check with the Coach first).
