Leo's Philosophy:
My role in life as a coach in the marvellous sport of Olympic Weightlifting is to provide expert guidance to anyone willing to learn. Weightlifting is not just a sport, not just a form of training but a vehicle for self-discovery and learning. Training in Weightlifting is a complex and challenging process but as all devotees will tell you, it is deeply satisfying life-changing experience. After more than four decades in the sport, I can say without doubt that Weightlifting is a sport suitable for all ages and which provides lasting benefits to all those who pursue.
